Draeger, Inc. is seeking a Vice President of Sales for National Catheter Therapies (NCT) to lead the U.S. sales organization.

You will drive revenue growth, build executive-level relationships with health systems, and coordinate cross-functional teams across Marketing, Product, Clinical, and Finance. You will shape portfolio strategy, manage budgets, and ensure forecast accuracy while overseeing nationwide accounts and complex contracts.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in business, clinical sciences, healthcare administration, engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive healthcare sales and commercial leadership.
• 5+ years leading a national or regional field sales organization across the United States.
• Proven ability to deliver national revenue growth in a complex medical-device environment.
• Experience selling to IDNs, health systems, and large hospitals with long sales cycles.
• Strong planning, talent development, forecast management, and budget stewardship.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the national US NCT sales strategy and three-year plan.
• Lead the national sales organization through Area Directors and sales leaders.
• Own the operating cadence: orders, revenue, pipeline, forecasting, and CRM reporting.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Clinical Applications, and Finance to shape priorities.
• Build executive relationships with IDNs, health systems, and strategic accounts.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for major customer initiatives and contracts.
• Identify growth opportunities via market intelligence and account insights.
• Oversee talent management, budgeting, and governance for the national NCT business.
