DreamFields seeks a National Director of Category Marketing for Vapes to lead consumer insights, demand generation, and brand positioning at the category level. You will drive campaigns, launches, and activations across markets, translating data into retailer and field plans to grow category performance.

You will collaborate with senior leaders to shape strategy, measure ROI, and deliver actionable insights that influence investments and shelf outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in brand management, category marketing, shopper marketing, or integrated demand-creation roles.
• Proven track record delivering revenue growth through campaigns and activations.
• Experience owning campaign performance and marketing ROI.
• Strong understanding of consumer insights and brand strategy.
• Expertise in marketing measurement and analytics.
• Experience collaborating with Sales, Demand Planning, and Finance.
• Executive communication and stakeholder influence.

Responsabilités

• Lead consumer insights, market intelligence, and brand positioning for the vape category.
• Develop category demand-creation strategy including campaigns, launches, and activations.
