Veeva Systems, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Director to lead integrated and field marketing across North America for Development Cloud. You will partner with strategy, sales, product marketing, and regional teams to build and execute multi-channel programs that drive awareness, pipeline, and customer engagement.

The role requires strategic leadership, collaboration with global and regional teams, and a data-driven approach to optimize performance and outcomes in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in integrated marketing, field marketing, demand generation, or go-to-market roles in B2B software or cloud solutions.
• Experience leading multi-channel programs across global and regional teams in fast-paced, matrixed organizations.
• Proven ability to plan, execute, and measure end-to-end marketing programs to drive pipeline and engagement.
• Strong cross-functional partnership with senior leaders across product, strategy, sales, and marketing.
• Global-first mindset with effective regional execution and consistency of global strategy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive integrated marketing strategy for Development Cloud across North America.
• Partner with strategy, sales, product marketing, and regional teams to create multi-channel campaigns.
• Lead planning and execution of campaigns across digital, ABM, events, webinars, and sales enablement.
• Collaborate with Europe team to align strategy and enable regional execution.
• Strengthen customer engagement through executive programs, events, and customer advocacy initiatives.
• Coordinate with corporate marketing, digital, and regional teams for consistent execution.
• Measure performance, optimize programs, and deliver measurable business impact.
• Lead multiple initiatives, manage priorities, and ensure timely delivery.
