Job summary

DreamFields is seeking a National Director of Category Marketing - Vapes to lead consumer insights and the demand-creation engine for the vape category. You will own the consumer and brand strategy, drive store-level marketing initiatives, and shape activation calendars to fuel revenue growth.

In collaboration with the Senior National Director, Category Management, you will forecast demand, measure campaign impact, and ensure brand alignment with Jeeter's umbrella architecture.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in brand management, category marketing, shopper marketing, or related demand-creation roles in regulated consumer products.
• Proven track record delivering revenue growth via campaigns, promotions, and activation programs.
• Experience owning or influencing campaign performance, with accountability for ROI and spend efficiency.
• Strong ability to translate consumer insights into retailer-focused activation plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead consumer insights, market intelligence, and brand positioning for the vape category.
• Develop and execute category demand-creation strategies, campaigns, launches, promotions, and activations.
• Translate insights into retailer, field marketing, and sales activation plans.
• Develop demand-lift forecasts and measurement frameworks across campaigns and activations.
• Deliver category demand-generation reporting and strategic recommendations to leadership.
