Koch Engineered Solutions is seeking a Business Development Manager specialized in Turnaround Strategy and Origination. This role requires a strong background in business development within industrial services and a track record of creating new market opportunities. You will engage with decision-makers long before formal requests for quotation (RFQs) while collaborating on new business across Turnaround Services.

Ideal candidates will excel in developing strategies aligned with customer needs while having the ability to navigate long sales cycles. An option to work from one of our facilities in Baton Rouge, Houston, or Wichita adds flexibility to this position.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, strategic sales, or commercial origination within industrial services.
• Proven ability to create a pipeline and win business that was not previously in play.
• Demonstrated track record of engaging with industrial end users and decision-makers.
