• Ability to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee logistics and project staffing plans to optimize resource allocation.
• Develop and maintain turnaround staffing plans with project management and HR.
• Coordinate recruitment, scheduling, and deployment of direct employees for construction projects.
• Use data-driven analysis to develop staffing strategies for ROI and efficiency.
• Coordinate and verify site entry requirements including safety orientations, drug screenings, background checks.
• Maintain site access documents and records for compliance.
• Organize workload efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Enter and maintain training records in KSPS personnel database.
• Draft clear communications to keep the transient workforce informed about projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to recruit, retain, and develop skilled craftsmen.
