Koch Specialty Plant Services (KSPS) is seeking a Turnaround Staffing Coordinator to support staffing for projects nationwide from our Houston, TX office. You will coordinate labor, schedules, and onboarding for a transient workforce, collaborating with project managers and HR to optimize resource allocation.

The role emphasizes data-driven staffing strategies, safety compliance, and clear communication with field teams.

Qualifications

Experience in a staffing or coordination role within the industrial industry.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
Ability to travel up to 10% and work overtime as needed.
Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer.

Responsibilities

Manage employee logistics and project staffing plans to optimize resource allocation.
Develop and maintain turnaround staffing plans with project management and HR.
Coordinate recruitment, scheduling, and deployment of direct employees for construction projects.
Use data-driven analysis to develop staffing strategies for ROI and efficiency.
Coordinate and verify site entry requirements including safety orientations, screenings, and access forms.
Maintain compliant site access documentation and records.
Organize workloads in a fast-paced environment and maintain training records.
Draft clear communications to keep the transient workforce informed about projects.
