Job summary

Advanced Technology Services seeks an Industrial Maintenance Technician to perform break-fix and preventative maintenance to keep factory equipment running smoothly. The role requires hands-on work with electrical, mechanical, and fluid power systems, along with documentation of work and adherence to safety standards.

The candidate should have a High School diploma or GED and an associated technical degree with 5–7 years in the industry; PLCs, motors, and drive systems experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; 5 years in industry or 7 years total experience.
• Associates degree with a technical focus preferred.
• Ability to use basic and specialized tools; familiarity with electrical/mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform competent break-fix & preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Identify parts, supplies and repair items for maintenance.
• Operate machining tools and potentially welding; follow safety policies.
• Document work in service reports and management systems.
• Follow safety policies and engage in on-the-job training and career development.
