Job summary

Advanced Technology Services is seeking a Senior Industrial Maintenance Technician to keep factory equipment running efficiently. You will perform expert break-fix and preventative maintenance, troubleshoot complex control systems, and lead continuous improvement activities across manufacturing lines.

Qualifications include a technical Associate degree (or equivalent 7+ years in the industry), strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, and experience with predictive maintenance.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED.
• Associate degree with a technical focus and 5 years of related experience in the industry; or 7 years of experience in the industry.
• Experience in predictive technologies, precision alignments, and maintenance of process equipment.
• Understands electrical, mechanical, fluid power and control systems; can analyze problems and perform repairs.
• Must be able to use basic hand tools and specialized tools as appropriate.
• Experience in vibration analysis or laser interferometer operations and precision alignments.
• Travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Performs expert level break-fix and preventative maintenance across equipment.
• Identifies and sources parts and supplies; evaluates alternatives for cost and reliability.
• Leads CI activities and supports process improvements and cost savings.
• Sets up and operates machining operations (lathe, drill press, grinder) and may perform welding.
• Maintains 5S and housekeeping standards and updates CMMS history.
