Zusammenfassung

Trimedx is seeking an Implementation Project Manager to lead and own the onboarding of new clients into the clinical engineering program. This role requires coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and ensuring successful start-ups across client sites.

Responsibilities include managing inventory validation, go-live tasks, and contract analysis while traveling nationally to client hospitals and the Central Office in Indianapolis.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a customer facing operations support role.
• Experience with continuous improvement, lean, or six sigma initiatives.
• Minimum of 1–2 years leading cross-functional teams.
• Minimum of 1–2 years operating in hospital/medical equipment industry.
• PMP or other project management certifications preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead mid-to-large market new customer implementations and manage timelines.
• Assemble and direct cross-functional teams for clinical engineering service programs.
• Facilitate client-facing implementation meetings and training.
• Evaluate program current state with clients and define site objectives.
• Coordinate tasks from inventory validation to go-live and service contract analysis.
• Convert sites to Trimedx systems and manage contract reconciliation.
• Participate in corporate continuous improvement projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
