Job summary

Trimedx seeks an Implementation Project Manager to lead new customer deployments nationwide from the Indianapolis area. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams and manage service program startup, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.

Expect extensive travel and interaction with hospital clients, with a focus on inventory validation, planning, and contract analysis. Prior hospital equipment experience is required and PMP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a customer facing operations support role.
• PMP or other project management certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and own new customer implementations (90%).
• Assemble and direct cross-functional teams for client-specific programs.
• Facilitate all implementation meetings and startup activities.
• Meet with clients to evaluate current state and objectives.
• Create and manage timelines for implementation tasks.
• Convert site from existing program to TRIMEDX Medical Equipment Management program.
• Manage contract reconciliation for new customers.
