Responsibilities include managing appointments, issuing PIV/Smart IDs, PAC/Access Cards, and maintaining inventory. Strong attention to detail and customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to travel nationwide up to 40%.
• Experience with USAccess Registrar/Activator or similar credentialing programs preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• View, manage, and check daily appointments in scheduling tool.
• Enroll and issue IDs (PIV/Smart IDs, PAC/Access Cards).
• Perform certificate rekey, PIN reset, and card updates.
• Maintain credential inventory and log cards in CIT.
• Coordinate card mailing and activation with ICAM roles.
• Capture photos and signatures for ID media and inserts.
• Travel to support IRS credentialing/activation as needed.
• Prepare site reports and maintain daily operation logs.
• Perform Registrar and Activator duties as required.
