Job summary

Tippmann Construction is seeking an Assistant Project Manager who can work remotely within the continental US and travel to project sites as needed. The role focuses on planning, coordinating with subcontractors and clients, and ensuring projects meet safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include developing project plans, sourcing materials, preparing bid documents, and managing subcontractor work to maintain schedules and budget.

Qualifications

• BS in Construction Management or related degree.
• Knowledge of industrial facility design, engineering and construction.
• OSHA 30 Hour preferred.
• Proven ability to learn quickly and problem-solve.
• Strong communication and coordination with subcontractors and clients.
• Self-starter with limited supervision.
• Experience with Design-Build or Food Processing/Distribution industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish construction project plans and schedules.
• Prepare bid documents and source subcontractors.
• Source materials and perform take-offs.
• Initiate subcontractor work and ensure timeliness and quality.
• Ensure work aligns with Tippmann Safety Standards.
• Communicate with subcontractors, internal team, and clients.
• Use Tippmann processes and tools for consistent project management.
