This role requires establishing project plans, managing schedules, sourcing materials, and ensuring quality. Candidates should have a BS in Construction Management or a related field, as well as strong communication and problem-solving skills. Qualifications
Knowledge of industrial facility design, engineering, and construction is essential.
Preferred completion of OSHA 30 Hour training.
Experience in the Food Processing and Distribution industry is a plus.
Responsibilities
Establish construction project plans and schedules.
Execute building material take-offs and manage sourcing.
Prepare bid documents and source subcontractors.
Ensure quality and timeliness of subcontractor work.
