This role requires establishing project plans, managing schedules, sourcing materials, and ensuring quality. Candidates should have a BS in Construction Management or a related field, as well as strong communication and problem-solving skills. Qualifications

• Knowledge of industrial facility design, engineering, and construction is essential.
• Preferred completion of OSHA 30 Hour training.
• Experience in the Food Processing and Distribution industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish construction project plans and schedules.
• Execute building material take-offs and manage sourcing.
• Prepare bid documents and source subcontractors.
• Ensure quality and timeliness of subcontractor work.
