The ideal candidate has a degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office. Qualifications
Assistant Project Managers must possess a BS in Construction Management or a related degree.
Knowledge of industrial facility design and construction is essential.
Completion of OSHA 30 Hour training is preferred.
Responsibilities
Establish construction project plans and schedules.
Execute building material take-offs and source materials.
Initiate subcontractor work ensuring timeliness and quality.
Skills
