Job summary

Tippmann Construction seeks an Assistant Project Manager to support planning, scheduling, and management of industrial projects. You will collaborate with subcontractors and clients to deliver on design intent and quality while maintaining safety.

The role requires a BS in Construction Management or related field, knowledge of construction processes, and proficiency with MS Office and MS Project. Travel to project sites is required; relocation is not.

Qualifications

• BS in Construction Management or related field.
• Experience with construction planning and subcontractor management.
• Knowledge of building codes, safety standards and quality control.
• Willingness to travel and work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Establish construction project plans and schedules.
• Execute material take-offs, submit take-offs to suppliers, and source materials.
• Prepare bid documents and source subcontractors.
• Initiate subcontractor work and ensure timeliness and quality of the work.
• Manage project execution to meet Tippmann Safety Standards.
• Use Tippmann internal systems and processes to maintain consistency in project mgmt.
• Communicate clearly with subcontractors, internal team, and clients.
