• Review title issues such as probate matters, tax liens, easements, or boundary questions, and help find clear paths to resolution.
• Verify the accuracy and legal integrity of search reports from third-party vendors and field searchers.
• Prepare comprehensive Title Commitments, Title Reports, and Pro-Forma policies outlining requirements and exceptions.
• Partner with internal Loan Originators and Processors to clear title conditions before closing.

• Multi-State Chains: Examine public records, deeds, mortgages, liens, judgments, and plats to outline complete chains of title nationally.
• Problem Solving: Review title issues such as probate matters, tax liens, easements, or boundary questions, and help find clear paths to resolution.
• Abstract Review: Verify the accuracy and legal integrity of search reports from third-party vendors and field searchers.
• Commitment Generation: Prepare comprehensive Title Commitments, Title Reports, and Pro-Forma policies outlining explicit requirements and exceptions.
• Team Collaboration: Partner directly with our internal Loan Originators and Processors to clear title conditions smoothly before closing.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of dedicated title examination experience, with a proven track record handling national or multi-state files.
• Broker Mindset: Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage your own pipeline, and solve problems comfortably in a boutique business setting.
• Technical Mastery: Deep proficiency with national title platforms (e.g., DataTrace, DataTree, TitleWave) and local county online recorder portals.
• Detail-Oriented: Strong ability to interpret legal descriptions, maps, surveys, and property documents.
