Job summary

Visionet Systems Inc. seeks a National Title Examiner to lead title research and analysis of property histories across multiple states. You will identify risks or liens and manage the title process from start to finish, working independently within a boutique team.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of dedicated title examination experience, with proficiency in DataTrace, DataTree, and TitleWave, plus experience navigating county portals and producing clear title commitments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of dedicated national/multi-state title examination experience.
• Ability to own the title process from start to finish in a boutique setting.
• Proficiency with national title platforms and county portals.

Responsibilities

• Examine public records, deeds, mortgages, liens, judgments, and plats to outline complete chains of title nationally.
• Review title issues such as probate matters, tax liens, easements, or boundary questions, and help find clear paths to resolution.
• Verify the accuracy and legal integrity of search reports from third-party vendors and field searchers.
• Prepare comprehensive Title Commitments, Title Reports, and Pro-Forma policies outlining requirements and exceptions.
• Partner with internal Loan Originators and Processors to clear title conditions before closing.
