Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Managing Director for the National Tax Office, ASC 740, to lead technical guidance and collaboration across WNT and tax leadership. The role focuses on driving communication efficiency and overseeing tax provision processes for clients, with senior guidance on complex ASC 740 issues.

The position requires extensive experience in ASC 740, CPA preferred, and a track record of leadership in tax advisory services. Located in the U.S., travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of experience in ASC 740 computations for private and public clients.
• CPA certification preferred.
• Experience coordinating ASC 740 processes across the firm.

Responsibilities

• Applies knowledge to assist internal and external clients.
• Coordinates with WNT and leadership to execute firm strategy.
• Develops and implements firm-wide training programs for staff in ASC 740.
• Explains and discusses income tax provisions and ASC 740-10 with clients.
