Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Human Resources preferred.
• CPA certification preferred.
• Eight years of prior work experience required.
• Prior supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead tax curriculum design addressing learning needs across tax professionals.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop course content for the NTL curriculum vision.
• Evaluate curriculum effectiveness using participant feedback and analytics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on curriculum design and development.
• Supervise associates, seniors, and managers in a training capacity.
