Job summary

BDO USA, LLP is seeking a Senior Manager, National Tax Learning to lead design, development, and delivery of continuous learning curricula for tax professionals across live trainings, webinars, and on-demand courses. The role partners with subject matter experts and L&D teams to drive curriculum effectiveness and efficiency.

Responsibilities include supervising associates, analyzing curriculum outcomes, and collaborating with National Tax Office to scale programs.

Qualifications

• Eight (8) years of prior work experience, required.
• Prior supervisory experience, required.
• CPA certification, preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Strong leadership and communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Executes learning strategies to increase effectiveness and maximize resources for National Tax Learning (NTL) programs.
• Leads curriculum design addressing tax technical, standard processes, and standard technology needs.
• Collaborates with tax subject matter experts to develop course content.
• Evaluates curriculum effectiveness using participant and presenter feedback.
• Applies data analytics to curriculum datasets to understand impact and identify improvements.
• Partner with L&D and other teams on cross-functional curriculum design and development.
• Deliver virtual learning programs and convert them into on-demand courses.
• Participate in professional committees and liaise with other firms and institutions.
