Job summary

Cohen & Co seeks a Senior Manager to lead Tax learning and instructional design across the Tax practice. Hybrid role spanning strategy, curriculum development, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration with People & Culture, Innovation, and global teams, including resources in India.

You'll oversee scalable Tax training design, onboarding pathways, budgeting, compliance, and continuous improvement through metrics and stakeholder feedback.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of progressive learning experience, particularly in instructional design.
• Familiarity with CPE and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated leadership, coaching and team development.
• Experience designing and implementing technical/regulatory training curricula.

Responsibilities

• Lead Tax learning strategy, roadmap, and annual curriculum planning.
• Oversee design, development, implementation, and evaluation of Tax learning solutions.
• Provide leadership and direction to Tax learning staff and onboarding programs.
• Manage Tax learning operations, compliance, and budgeting, including NASBA documentation.
• Measure program effectiveness using learner feedback and analytics.
• Coordinate SMEs, instructors, and client contributors to maintain quality.
