Job summary

BDO UK LLP is seeking a Senior Manager in Learning & Development to design and curate learning solutions for audit curricula, translating business objectives into effective programmes. You will manage relationships across L&D and SMEs to optimise learning design, lead a portfolio of programmes, and coach junior staff.

The role involves driving initiatives like the Learning Library and Learning Culture, with on-site delivery as needed.

Qualifications

• Senior Manager with a background in programme development.
• Audit experience in regulated environments.
• Formal L&D qualifications are a plus but not essential (based on proven experience).
• Strong relationship and collaboration skills.
• Ability to coach, develop and inspire team members.
• Skills in translating learning needs into objectives and outcomes, and coordinating responses.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Focus on delivering high-quality learning interventions and business outcomes.
