Job summary

UCBEnvironmental is seeking a National Sustainability Manager to lead large-scale recycling, reuse and zero-waste programs for major US manufacturers and distributors. The role oversees end-to-end implementation and uses a profit-share model for improvements.

Travel up to 50% to client sites, negotiate terms, and partner with a team to reduce waste at the source and in processing. Competitive salary and bonuses offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or related field.
• Travel up to 50% to client sites.
• Strong waste management background preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Meet with new or existing customers to discuss how UCB products or services meet their needs.
• Visit customer sites to evaluate needs or promote products or services.
• Negotiate prices or terms of vendor sales or service agreements.
• Compute installation costs and estimate savings from new services or equipment.
• Select or assist customers in choosing products based on needs, specs, and regulations.
