Job summary

UCBEnvironmental is seeking a National Sustainability Manager to lead sales and implementation of large-scale recycling, reuse and zero-waste programs across medium to large U.S. manufacturers and distributors.

The role focuses on driving program adoption, reviewing contract data, identifying opportunities, and managing programs post-contract. The ideal candidate will have extensive waste management experience, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science or related field.
Waste management experience preferred, hazardous waste background a plus.
Excellent negotiation and contract understanding skills.

Responsibilities

Meet with new or existing customers to discuss how UCB products/services meet their needs.
Visit customer sites to evaluate needs or promote products.
Negotiate prices or terms of vendor sales or service agreements.
Compute customer installation or production costs and estimate savings from new services or equipment.
Select or assist customers in selecting products based on needs and regulations.
