Job summary

ARCTOS Technology Solutions, LLC is seeking a Lead Site Coordinator & Curriculum Developer to oversee the Next-Gen Discovery program at WPAFB. You will design STEM curricula, manage national internships, and forecast budgets across installations while coordinating with site coordinators at Eglin AFB, Hill AFB, and USAFA.

The role emphasizes program design, leadership, and cross-installation collaboration, with responsibilities including budget tracking and real-time reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (STEM, Education, or Curriculum Design background preferred).
• Minimum of three years in educational program management, curriculum development, or similar leadership with budget oversight.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for NACI/SF85 for base access.
• Strong communication and remote coordination skills; ability to work with dispersed teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test STEM curriculum across Next-Gen Discovery camps at all installations.
• Create Next-Gen Discovery @ Home lessons for school-year use.
• Coordinate with Site Coordinators to identify new camp activities and ensure curriculum fidelity.
• Oversee the Junior Apprentice and Apprentice internship programs nationwide.
• Ensure onboarding, security, and program compliance across the enterprise.
• Manage student metrics, weekly reports, and program data.
