Job summary

Guardians of Honor, LLC (GOH) seeks an organized, technically capable Program Coordinator to support education and community outreach programs connecting students, educators, families, and partners with STEM learning experiences.

The candidate will coordinate outreach planning, curriculum activities, program administration, and maker-space operations, working with scientists, engineers, educators, and client stakeholders on-site at Aberdeen Proving Ground.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum two years of specialized experience in program coordination or related education/outreach.
• Experience coordinating STEM education, outreach, and events preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate STEM education and community outreach programs and events.
• Provide administrative support including scheduling, correspondence, and data tracking.
• Engage scientists, engineers, educators, students, and stakeholders to support initiatives.
• Operate and maintain a safe, organized program space and maker activities.
