Job summary

ARCTOS Technology Solutions, LLC seeks a strategic Lead Site Coordinator & Curriculum Developer to oversee the Next-Gen Discovery program at WPAFB. You will design STEM curricula, manage internships nationwide, and forecast budgets in real time.

You will coordinate with local Site Coordinators at Eglin AFB, Hill AFB, and USAFA, ensuring onboarding, security, and compliance across installations while driving data-driven improvements and reporting on student metrics.

Qualifications

• Educational program leadership experience with curriculum design or development.
• Budget tracking, forecasting, and data analysis experience.
• Strong leadership and communication with remote teams and partners.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test mission-critical STEM curriculum across installations.
• Create and vet home-learning lessons for year-round use.
• Oversee internship programs across Air Force sites and USAFA.
• Ensure onboarding, security processing, and program compliance.
• Consolidate student metrics and reports using centralized databases.
