Job summary

TheWorkforce Solutions is seeking a Director of National Client Sales to drive staffing engagements across the United States. Lead strategic initiatives, manage key accounts, and close complex contracts with healthcare facilities.

Responsibilities include building a national sales plan, generating pipeline, traveling to client sites, and negotiating contracts to meet revenue targets. A strong track record in B2B staffing and social selling is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field required; Master’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in service and solutions-based business to business sales required.
• Healthcare and/or staffing industry experience required.
• Experience with contract negotiations to include financial negotiation.
• Comfortable with lead generation through high volume outbound calling.
• Highly skilled in all aspects of social media relationship selling.
• Proven track record of collaboration, team selling and individual sales leadership and success.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales plans for the assigned territory that align with the company’s strategic sales plan and revenue goals.
• Lead generation, pipeline development and closing new business (client staffing contracts) in territory.
• Travel to client facilities to present services and build relationships with decision makers.
• Negotiate client contracts including pricing and terms.
• Define new product capabilities and geographic expansion through market analysis.
• Develop and implement national sales account strategies to meet financial objectives.
