Job summary

Qualifications

• Bar admission in one or more states.
• 2–4 years of post-graduate civil rights litigation experience.
• Experience with pro-bono attorneys preferred.
• Experience with incarceration, criminalization, or law enforcement advocacy.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and develop potential cases, including client contact, factual development, and drafting demand letters.
• Develop litigation strategy, manage co-counsel relationships, conduct research, and draft briefs.
• Handle all stages of litigation: motions, discovery, trial, appeals, settlements.
