Job summary

PSG Energy Services is seeking a Solar Foreman / Project Manager to lead commercial and utility-scale solar PV installations nationwide. You will own the site, direct subcontractors, troubleshoot, and ensure high-quality execution from mobilization through commissioning.

You will coordinate with engineering teams, customers, utilities, and inspectors while maintaining safety, schedules, and documentation. Extensive travel and hands-on leadership are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial or utility-scale solar construction experience preferred.
• Experience as Solar Foreman, Superintendent, or Project Manager strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of PV electrical and mechanical installation and NEC familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site management for commercial and utility-scale solar installations nationwide.
• Direct and coordinate subcontractors, electricians, equipment operators, and testing contractors.
• Develop and manage daily/weekly work plans to maintain schedule and quality.
