Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, renewable energy, or related field.
• 5+ years of solar PV project management or preconstruction experience.
• Strong understanding of permitting, interconnection, site development, and EPC processes.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred; NABCEP PVIP certification preferred within 2 years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction planning from concept through mobilization.
• Coordinate surveys, feasibility assessments, and site evaluations.
• Manage multiple solar construction projects and EPC relationships.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and technical specifications.
• Prepare budgets, schedules, and cash flow projections.
• Coordinate with engineering, permitting, development, and finance teams.
