Job summary

PSG Energy Services seeks a Solar Foreman / Project Manager to lead nationwide commercial rooftop, carport, and ground-mounted PV installations. You will own on-site operations, directing subcontractors, coordinating with engineers and customers, and ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence from mobilization through commissioning.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial or utility-scale solar construction.
• Experience as Solar Foreman, Superintendent, or PM preferred.
• Strong understanding of PV electrical and mechanical installation.
• Ability to read drawings and NEC knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site solar construction projects and supervise crews.
• Direct subcontractors, electricians, and equipment operators.
• Develop daily/weekly work plans to maintain schedule.
• Ensure safety, quality, and documentation from mobilization to closeout.
• Coordinate with PM, engineering, customers, and utilities.
