Job summary

PCL Solar Constructors USA Inc. is seeking a Solar Site Project Manager to lead crews on utility-scale projects from ground to grid. You will drive schedules, manage safety plans, and deliver projects safely, on time and with impact.

Travel to project sites nationwide is required, including Kentucky, Ohio, Georgia, Texas, Oklahoma, Washington, and other states. The role demands strong leadership, risk management and stakeholder collaboration across sites, with potential relocation to locations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive construction experience with leadership.
• Strong safety culture and compliance knowledge.
• In-depth knowledge of construction materials, codes and QA/QC practices.
• Ability to manage project budgets and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall contract administration and technical support for a medium-size project.
• Develop and implement the project safety plan and lead by example.
• Ensure the project is constructed per design, budget, resources, quality and schedule.
• Negotiate and issue subcontracts, major POs and progress payments; monitor progress.
• Coordinate design progress, quality audits and risk management; manage stakeholders.
• Monitor progress and deliverables, ensuring timely reporting.
