• Experience recruiting for professional, leadership, and executive roles.
• Construction industry recruiting experience preferred.
• National recruiting experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for professional and leadership roles nationwide.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates, managing the hiring process.
• Coordinate interviews, evaluations, offers, and onboarding activities.
• Build proactive talent pipelines through networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Identify candidates with transferable skills and growth potential.
• Support workforce development initiatives and industry outreach.
• Travel periodically to locations nationwide to build relationships with leadership teams.
