Qualifications

• 5+ years in talent acquisition within construction or infrastructure industries
• Proven experience recruiting Project Manager level and above
• Experience supporting national or multi-market recruiting efforts
• Strong sourcing and recruiting strategy experience including LinkedIn Recruiter
• Knowledge of construction and infrastructure operations
• Willingness to travel about 20–30%

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for leadership, operational, and senior-level positions
• Build proactive talent pipelines and long-term recruiting strategies
• Conduct national and multi-market searches for hard-to-fill roles
• Partner with hiring managers on staffing strategy and workforce planning
• Identify workforce gaps and succession planning needs
• Support internship and early-career development initiatives
• Attend industry events and strengthen recruiting networks
• Develop sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, and direct outreach
• Facilitate structured interviews and support candidate evaluation
• Lead offer development and closing
• Ensure positive experience for candidates and stakeholders
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting processes and workforce development initiatives
