Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Construction industry recruiting experience required.
• National recruiting experience required.
• Experience recruiting professional, management, and executive-level positions.
• Strong sourcing skills with LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Outstanding communication, interviewing, and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to travel periodically for leadership meetings, career fairs, and workforce initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for professional and leadership positions nationwide.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates while managing the entire hiring process.
• Coordinate interviews, facilitate candidate evaluations, extend offers, and support onboarding activities.
• Build proactive talent pipelines through networking, referrals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing methods.
• Identify candidates with transferable skills and strong growth potential.
• Support workforce development initiatives, outreach to trade organizations, colleges, and career fairs.
• Travel periodically to locations nationwide to build relationships with leadership teams and understand operations.
• Help improve hiring processes, candidate experience, onboarding programs, and recruiting best practices.
• Contribute to talent acquisition infrastructure projects, including ATS implementations and campus recruiting programs.
