Gilbane Development Company seeks an accomplished Senior Vice President – Senior Housing Development to lead and grow its national platform. You will build a high‑performing team and drive opportunities across Active Adult, Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care.

You will manage the full development lifecycle, from site selection and capitalization to design, construction, lease‑up, and long‑term ownership strategies, with a focus on expanding in Utah, Texas, Florida, and Virginia.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 20 years of progressive real estate experience with development, investment, and project execution.
• At least 10 years in direct senior housing development.
• Proven track record originating, capitalizing, and executing ground-up developments.
• Experience leading multi-market development teams and managing complex transactions.

• Lead national growth strategy for the senior housing platform.
• Oversee full development lifecycle from site selection to disposition.
• Direct market feasibility, budgets, and investment returns analysis.
• Build and mentor a national development team and establish performance metrics.
