Qualifications

• Minimum 20 years of progressive real estate experience with senior housing exposure.
• 10+ years directly involved in senior housing development.
• Proven track record originating and executing projects.
• Strong leadership, strategic vision and financial underwriting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and expand Gilbane's national senior housing development platform.
• Oversee end-to-end development lifecycle from site selection to disposition.
• Build and mentor a national team of development professionals.
• Collaborate with capital markets, operating partners, and executives to optimize returns.
