Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. in Northern Virginia seeks a Task Order Program Manager to lead government contract work for the Intelligence Community.

You will partner with account teams, PMO, and government stakeholders to manage task orders and ensure delivery against commitments. Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, translating technical requirements into contractual actions, and maintaining compliance with security requirements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
• Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Task Order Manager for multiple Task Orders under a large IC contract.
• Work with the PMO and communicate contract policies, purposes, and goals to internal AWS teams.
• Enforce work standards, assign schedules, and review work discrepancies related to this contract.
• Serve as a primary Point of Contact (POC) for the government with regards to assigned Task Orders.
• Meet regularly with AWS internal teams to develop effective methods for assuring timely delivery of Task Order commitments.
• Develop and execute effective methods of communication among AWS and government stakeholders.
• Meet regularly with account teams to help advance new opportunities.
