Job summary

Skydio is seeking a driven Program Manager to own a DHS portfolio segment, overseeing contracts from award through post-sale lifecycle including onboarding, adoption, and renewals.

You will coordinate with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Deployment, Product, and Field teams, with travel up to 50% to DHS field locations and event sites. Strong communication and independent ownership are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program management experience in DHS, defense, or homeland security tech industries.
• Direct experience supporting DHS components with understanding of missions and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with UAS and autonomous systems operations, ISR missions.
• Proven ability to drive adoption, renewals, and expansion by aligning products to mission needs.

Responsibilities

• Delivery and onboarding of Skydio systems from contract award through receipt and compliance.
• Coordinate pilot, operator, and administrator training with the Training team and provide repeatable playbooks.
• Track deployments, readiness, and renewal opportunities; manage program reviews and portfolio reporting.
• Build relationships across sites and offices to identify expansion paths and funding opportunities.
