Job summary

Intrepid Acquisition Holdings, LLC seeks a Program Manager to lead a 20-person National Security facility services program. You will manage program health, execute on scope, financials, personnel, security, vendors, and customer satisfaction while pursuing contract growth.

The role is 75% program-focused and 25% new business growth-focused within the National Security market. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in an applicable field, 5 years of PM experience, and 10 years in facility

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an applicable field preferred.
• Expert knowledge in facilities operations and management.
• 5 years of program management experience.
• 10 years of experience supporting facility management services.
• Proven track record of leading programs in similar scope areas.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall program management of a 20-person team.
• Monitor cost control, budgeting, and operating costs.
• Ensure staffing with qualified personnel.
• Coordinate priorities, procedures, and reporting.
• Overlap recruiting, onboarding, and retention of cleared personnel.
• Ensure accuracy of management and contract reports.
• Maintain close interaction with on-site PM and staff.
• Provide admin support for documentation and reporting to customers.
• Identify new business opportunities within the National Security customer.
• Support responses to market surveys, RFIs, and RFPs.
• Assist in achieving growth goals within the National Security market.
