Job summary

Afognak Diversified Services, Inc., a subsidiary of Afognak Native Corporation, is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee multiple locations nationwide, with primary duties at Airbus facilities in the United States. You will lead staffing, training, and quality of service while coordinating with the Program Manager on discipline and staffing decisions.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and up to 25% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• Experience leading security or facilities teams is preferred.
• Proven ability to supervise and train staff; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing and scheduling across multiple locations.
• Ensure quality of service and KPI targets are met.
• Coordinate with Training Manager on certifications and trainings.
• Develop training plans and ensure client requirements are met.
• Maintain access control, surveillance systems, and incident response.
• Prepare monthly statistics and client reports.
