Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to join the National Security Solutions Architecture Team in Denver.

You will serve as a trusted technical advisor to Intelligence Community customers, driving cloud architecture in complex, mission-critical environments and shaping strategic technical roadmaps. In this high-visibility role, you will collaborate with sales, platform engineering, and customers to design, implement, and evangelize advanced AWS solutions, including

Qualifications

• 8+ years in specific technology domains (e.g., software, cloud, security, networking, data & analytics).
• 3+ years design/implementation/consulting in applications and infrastructures.
• 10+ years IT development or consulting in software/Internet industries.
• US citizenship and current Top Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Architect cloud-based solutions to complex technical challenges.
• Partner with sales to exceed revenue objectives via AWS adoption.
• Help build and migrate applications, software and services to the AWS platform.
• Educate customers on AWS value and participate in deep architectural discussions for cloud deployment.
• Design AI/ML and agentic AI architectures using AWS services for IC missions.
• Conduct training sessions to transfer knowledge to customers considering or using AWS.
• Capture and share best-practice knowledge within the AWS SA community.
• Author or contribute to AWS customer-facing publications such as whitepapers.
• Build deep relationships with senior technical individuals to enable cloud advocacy.
