Job summary

CACI International seeks a Case Support Analyst to support national security and suitability investigations, assisting the investigator helpline and case scoping. This role focuses on delivering accurate guidance to field staff and ensuring compliance with national standards.

Ideal candidates will have a background in conducting Federal investigations, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high ethical standards.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required for federal clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field or work experience.
• 12+ months of background investigation experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for customer policies and case coverage across types.
• Answer investigator, reviewer, and lead questions by phone or email.
• Review front end of field investigations for compliance with standards.
• Provide guidance to field staff on investigation responsibilities.
• Communicate important case information to field and schedule work as needed.
• Manage daily workload and attend mandatory meetings.
• Perform duties ethically and per company policies.
