Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking a full-time Case Support Analyst to assist national security and suitability investigations. The role focuses on investigator helpline support, case scoping, and guidance to field staff.

You will handle inquiries via phone and email, review investigations for compliance, and manage workload. A Bachelor's degree and US citizenship are required, with ability to obtain a security clearance. This is an on-site, full-time position with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work-related experience in Federal investigations and/or reviewing FBI background investigation reports.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to handle inquiries via phone and email.
• Excellent time management, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject matter expert on policies and case coverage across case types.
• Answer field investigator, reviewer, and section lead questions via telephone and email.
• Review front end of field investigations for compliance with national standards and customer requirements.
• Provide guidance to field staff and communicate important case information to the team.
