Job summary

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems efficiently. A TS-level clearance may be required for assignments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 4 years of general experience demonstrating progressive responsibility in problem solving, planning and organizing work

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive record reviews with record providers at employers, educational institutions, law agencies, courts and other knowledgeable individuals.
• Use approved system accesses and multiple tech tools to obtain facts and resolve material issues.
• Travel locally as needed for in-person follow-up or to obtain money orders for record requests; remote work predominates.
