Job summary

RELI Group seeks a Director, National Security to drive business development and capture efforts in the federal market, with a primary focus on the Department of Homeland Security. Qualifications

• Federal government capture experience required.
• 8+ years in sales or business development, with DHS focus.
• Strong written and verbal communication at executive level.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and multi-year pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Own the sales lifecycle for National Security opportunities, focusing on DHS clients like TSA, CBP, and ICE.
• Develop and execute BD and capture strategies including market analysis and pipeline development.
• Collaborate with CSO and NS leadership to build a 3–5 year opportunity pipeline.
• Lead cross-functional teams, establish budgets, resources, and timelines for capture efforts.
• Create win themes and value propositions to strengthen competitive positioning.
• Oversee proposal development with Proposal Manager and ensure alignment with win strategies.
• Gather market intelligence to refine strategies and improve win probability.
• Present gate review materials to senior executives and align resources accordingly.
