Texas A&M University in College Station is seeking a Regional Advisor II – National Scholar Recruitment to develop and implement strategic recruitment, admissions, financial aid, and outreach initiatives designed to attract and enroll high-achieving students, including National Merit Scholars.

The ideal candidate will be a relationship-driven communicator, travel extensively, and serve as mentor and trainer for the recruitment team while collaborating with counselors, families, and community

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Two years of related experience in student services, admissions, recruitment, or financial aid preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment of high-achieving students in designated regions; coordinate with counselors and schools.
• Explain financial aid options and assist with matriculation steps for admitted students.
• Presentations at high schools, community colleges, and conferences; travel within assigned territory.
