Responsibilities

• Provides one-on-one admissions and financial-aid advice to any student or family seeking assistance.
• Develops for each student a comprehensive college timeline, including application deadlines for admissions and financial aid.
• Helps each student complete and submit admissions, scholarships, and financial aid applications.
• May travel to various high schools and other locations to perform advising and program work.
• Organizes group events that encourage students and their families to consider, plan for, and apply to colleges and universities.
• Establishes productive working relationships with principals, counselors, and teachers in the assigned high school.
